The Zhong Hua Jiang 110V 1.5kW CNC variable frequency drive (VFD) is designed for compatible three-phase 110V asynchronous spindle motors. It accepts single-phase 110V, 50/60Hz power and provides three-phase 110V output for variable-frequency spindle control in CNC routers, engraving machines and woodworking equipment.
With a rated power of 1.5kW (2HP), a 0–400Hz output-frequency range, DSP vector control, MODBUS485 communication and Mach3 control support, this CNC spindle inverter combines motor control functions with a compact housing. Basic spindle parameters are pre-programmed; the installer must still check all motor and drive settings before operation.
Important compatibility note: This model is specified for three-phase 110V asynchronous CNC spindle motors only. It is not a general substitute for VFDs intended for three-phase 220V spindle motors.

Verify the motor nameplate, drive ratings, cable arrangement and control requirements before commissioning. The published specifications do not identify the permissible output current, resistor rating or full terminal parameters; these must be confirmed from the applicable model documentation.
Basic CNC spindle parameters are pre-programmed, with a published default maximum frequency of 400Hz. The operator can adjust output frequency through the drive controls or a compatible external control system. Set the motor's rated voltage, current, frequency and other required parameters according to its nameplate and the VFD manual rather than assuming that factory settings suit every spindle.
This configuration is intended for workshops with a suitable single-phase 110V supply that need to operate a compatible three-phase 110V CNC spindle motor.

The VFD supports MODBUS485 communication and Mach3-related CNC control integration. Electrical connection and software configuration depend on the selected controller, communication settings and the terminal functions defined in the VFD manual. Confirm the interface and control method before connecting external signals.
A built-in braking unit allows use of a compatible external braking resistor for applicable deceleration requirements. Select resistor resistance, power rating and wiring from the drive documentation. A braking resistor is not identified as an included accessory in the original product description.

The published product description states that the cooling fan provides more than 20% higher airflow than ordinary comparison fans. It also describes an independent heat-dissipation air channel intended to limit dust and water mist reaching the internal circuit board. Keep the ventilation path unobstructed and follow the specified installation environment requirements; this design does not establish a waterproof or dustproof enclosure rating.

The original product information lists built-in PID settings, speed tracking, multi-function relay output, multiple fault-protection functions, status feedback, torque control and analog setting. These functions support integration and operation of a compatible CNC spindle system when configured as required by the drive and machinery instructions.
Protection functions do not replace suitable electrical protection, grounding, emergency-stop arrangements or competent installation and commissioning.

DSP vector control, dead-zone compensation and automatic torque compensation are described as supporting spindle performance at lower frequencies. The original technical description states low-frequency operation at 0.25Hz and up to 180% torque under the specified control conditions. Actual motor output depends on motor characteristics, control settings and thermal limits.

The carrier frequency is adjustable up to 16kHz. The drive also includes an automatic voltage-regulation function described in the original product information. Carrier-frequency settings can affect audible noise, heat generation and drive loading, so the installation should follow the applicable VFD instructions.
The following original product illustration provides wiring reference information. Before making any connections, qualified personnel must check the specific drive's terminal markings and installation manual. Isolate the electrical supply and follow the required discharge precautions before working on the VFD.

The following diagram illustrates the original VFD-to-control-board connection arrangement. Match the controller's output signals, terminal assignments and control settings to the VFD documentation before commissioning.

Motor connection: The original product instructions identify the VFD's U / V / W terminals for the three-phase spindle motor outputs. These terminals must not be used as the incoming single-phase power terminals.
Motor compatibility: Use only a suitable three-phase 110V asynchronous CNC spindle motor. Motor power, rated current, frequency and control settings must also match the VFD's capabilities.
This 110V CNC VFD is intended for compatible variable-speed spindle systems used in CNC routers, engraving machines and woodworking equipment. It may be considered by CNC equipment distributors, machine integrators, repair specialists and professional purchasing teams.
When requesting product information, identify the spindle motor's rated voltage, phase, power, frequency and current; the available mains supply; the CNC controller; and any braking or external-control requirements. Provide the expected purchasing quantity and destination market for a quotation discussion.
