How we started?
Huajiang was founded in 2000,starting in the production of CNC engraving spindle motor，then expanded production to VFD(Variable Frequency Drive) and engraving machines .
To explore and develop more market,we established Brand”Zhong Hua Jiang” on 2018.

KEY FEATURE
【TECHNICAL PARAMETERS】
This VFD is ONLY applicable to three phase 110V asynchronous spindle motor. Vfd 2hp, 110V, 1.5KW. Input voltage: 1 phase 110V, Output voltage:110V 3 phase. Input Frequency: 50/60Hz, Uutput frequency:0-400hz.
【ADVANTAGE 】
CE certificate, This VFD is with MODBUS485 communication function, built-in brake unit, it can be directly connected to the brake resistor. It can realize 16 sections of speed control. Our VFD adopt DSP vector control to enable motor to achieve high torque in low speed rotation.
【EASY TO USE 】
The VFD had been pre-programmed for basic parameters , You only need to adjust the frequency button to reach different RPM for your spindle.(The VFD defaults is 400 Hz).

【Our VFD has been pre-programmed】
The VFD had been pre-programmed for basic parameters , you don't need to make extra setting up.
It is single phase(input), 3 phase (output).
【Our VFD can be conneted to the brake resistor】
This VFD support Mach 3 and MODBUS485 communication function, built-in brake unit, it can be directly connected to the brake resistor.
【Large air volume cooling fan】
The air volume of cooling fan is more than 20% higher than ordinary fans .
There is an independent heat dissipation air channel inside our VFD, which can form an independent space and effectively prevent dust and water mist from entering the circuit board.
【Multiple fault protection】
Built-in PID setting, speed tracking, multi-function relay output, multiple fault protection, multiple state feedback torque control, analog setting.
【High torque in low speed rotation】
Our VFD adopt DSP vector control to enable motor to achieve high torque in low speed rotation.
Dead zone compensation and torque difference automatic compensation function, can achieve low frequency 0.25Hz 180% high torque output.
【Carrier adjustable by 16KHZ】
Carrier adjustable by 16KHZ, automatic voltage regulation (AVR) technology to ensure the load capacity of the vfd.
