This Zhong Hua Jiang 110V 1.5KW CNC VFD inverter is designed for three-phase 110V asynchronous CNC spindle motors. It converts single-phase 110V input into three-phase 110V output, making it suitable for CNC routers, engraving machines, woodworking machines, and other spindle speed control applications.

The VFD has been pre-programmed with basic spindle parameters, so users do not need to complete complex initial configuration before operation. The default maximum frequency is 400Hz, and spindle speed can be adjusted through the frequency button or external control system.
This inverter is designed with single-phase input and three-phase output, making it a practical choice for workshops using 110V power supply while operating three-phase CNC spindle motors.

This CNC VFD supports Mach3 and MODBUS485 communication. The built-in brake unit allows the inverter to connect directly with a brake resistor, helping improve deceleration performance and spindle control stability in CNC machining applications.

The cooling fan provides more than 20% higher air volume than ordinary fans. An independent heat dissipation air channel inside the VFD helps protect the circuit board from dust and water mist, supporting stable operation in CNC workshops.

The inverter includes built-in PID setting, speed tracking, multi-function relay output, multiple fault protection, multiple status feedback, torque control, and analog setting. These functions help protect the VFD and spindle motor during CNC routing and engraving operation.

DSP vector control enables the spindle motor to achieve high torque during low-speed rotation. Dead zone compensation and automatic torque difference compensation can provide low-frequency 0.25Hz and 180% high torque output for demanding CNC spindle applications.

The carrier frequency is adjustable up to 16kHz. Automatic voltage regulation technology helps ensure VFD load capacity and stable spindle motor performance during CNC machining.
